一直都是老師能在教學領域中能如魚得水不可或缺的一個重要元素，九月份開學的第一週ETG老師在3天內完成兩場師訓，你素說在最忙碌的開學第一週，沒錯一如往常在師訓前我們依舊照例討論"大綱"，然而在如此匆忙的時間老師們還能變出新把戲~~~一起來看看囉~~~

這暑假也還做過其他兩場到園師訓服務，討論大方向，有了骨幹後之夜就須靠老師自行填補，看了老師們都有自己創新的一套備感欣慰，之前大家的招式都大同小異，因為我們太愛分享，一則喜是蕭規曹隨，老師們都遵從公司要求，一則憂是墨守成規少了日新月異變化，不過在分享後使用別人的公式加上自己創新的想法後，哇!!功力大增就變成功夫老師~~~~這些都是我最樂見的成果
